The wonderfully creamy Appenzeller cheese „Sélection Maison“ has matured for eleven months. To taste and buy it is an experience you can only make at Ms. Blind’s traditional dairy. The Appenzeller is only one of many delicacies here. Black cheese from Toggenburg with salt crystals, two-year old Gruyère as well as more than 60 sheep and goats’ cheeses are on offer. You can choose from 14 different Raclette cheeses or get the house blend to prepare the Swiss national dish. The shop welcomes you with its heavenly smell and you are invited to try many of the varieties.
