At Hako Ramen we have the best ramen soups in Berlin. The noodles here are perfect to the point and in addition there is the creamy, slightly hot sesame variant Tan Tan, which is my absolute favourite and which you rarely find in other ramen soup shops and if so, not so creamy. It’s always full to bursting, unfortunately it’s not so nice to sit in the back room, but it’s even better at the counter where you can watch the chefs perform their rehearsed movements, cook an orchestra.
