The Herzog family has been passing on their knowledge and experience for generations on the organic farm, which is now equipped with modern technology. On the 400-year-old Keilbauer estate, the quantity of tradition and competence that flow into this noble drop is immediately revealed. For the Herzog family, the schnaps distillery is truly a long-lived tradition. It is, therefore, all the more gratifying that the family has already been named distiller of the year.
