The Hiltl, located in Zurich’s city center is, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world. It has been run by the Hiltl family for three generations. Right next to the à la carte restaurant is a buffet, which provides the perfect snack for a midday nosh. Those who haven’t had enough of the veggie life after sunset, can join the party people in the Hiltl Club into which the restaurant is transformed at night. A great place to dance to urban music and deep house.
