No, it isn’t a hotel, it is the coolest restaurant on Noord. An old warehouse with a bombastic chandelier, white tables, red chairs and water view. It looks absolutely stunning and is kept alive by its extreme contrasts. Their cuisine is a trip around the world, offering something for every cosmopolitan’s fancy, the sizes of the dishes however, are bonsai. Nevertheless, the Amsterdam art scene loved this restaurant from the beginning and the rush is so huge, that it is almost impossible to book a table.
