Hotel Legend

The Hotel Legend stands out. This newly opened boutique hotel is situated in front of a historic backdrop, in the heart of Cologne’s old town. Right in the middle of it all, yet in a very quiet location in the pedestrian zone, on an antique staircase, just a few minutes’ walk from Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine Boulevard. The 20 rooms are stylish and very modern, some of them have a great view of the historic buildings in the area. The beds are particularly noteworthy. The hotel operators designed them themselves and claim that they are unbeatably comfortable. Another highlight is hidden on the ground floor of the hotel: the PVLS restaurant, under the direction of the renowned 2-star chef Daniel Gottschlich. Here, according to the Kölner Stadtanzeiger, magic is performed and it is the ‘best new opening of the year’! The hotel entrance is easy to miss, and the reception is a bit dark and small. But the rooms and location are convincing!
