The Susanne Kaufmann Spa of the Hotel Post Bezau can be booked by anyone from the outside. And like everything in Bezau, the spa is also a kind of family affair: in 2003 Susanne Kaufmann was looking for organic products for the hotel’s own spa area. Because she couldn’t find what she was looking for, she contacted Ingo Metzler in the neighbouring village. He already turned his whey into organic cosmetics. 10 years later, it has become an international company that sells organic cosmetics worldwide under its own label. The high-quality products of Susanne Kaufmann can also be bought in the adjacent shop.
