The Hutong Club in Schwabing is named after the alleys around the Forbidden City in Penking. The almost windowless, very dark, but cool and edgy restaurant spoils you with Chinese-Panasian cuisine at the highest level. Glutamate is very far away here. The dishes are served in Asian-inspired family style on plates handmade in a Chinese factory. This means that everything is shared and it is best to order across the board so that you can try something from everything. We recommend the traditional dim sums, especially filled with chicken, mushrooms, pakchoi and chilli sauce, the Crispy Tuna Tartare Spring Rolls and the Softshell Crabs, which are delicious butter crabs. The quality of the food is excellent, the atmosphere young and hip, but the prices a little above average.
