Be there or be square! Stefan and Marco wanted to bring a Tuscan tapas bar to Florence and have created the place to be of the city: a small, cosy wine bar decorated with clinker walls. In Il Santin even the Florentines would queue for a glass of wine. In addition to an exquisite selection of organic and biodynamic wines from farmers in the region, the wine shop also offers high-quality ham and cheese specialities. From 9 p.m. at the latest, every bar stool is occupied here and the wine lovers cavort out into the street.
