Ippon is a counter, cream-coloured concrete walls, a few small tables and everything is very, very good! Behind it all is the trio of Christophe Juville, who already runs the Spok and Figure restaurants, Ferdinand Fravega and Rémi Hernandez. In the evening, there is an Omakase 5-course menu with five different cooking methods, prepared anew every week. And if you’d rather have a lunch break, we recommend the chicken skewer with bincho, teriyaki sauce and a lovely kale salad. But the ramen is also a hit, as are the veal noms with blue radish. Cherry on top are the three soft mochi (without and with green tea flavour), which are put on a skewer and cooked over charcoal.
