No question, Julius Brantner is the most stylish bakery in Munich. Here, not only a sure instinct for design is demonstrated, but also a passion for the real bakery trade. At five o’clock in the morning, baking begins in the bakery in Adalberstraße – and it is done with organic flour from the Drax mill near Munich. Only regional and ecological ingredients are used. Julius was travelling all over the world in search of the perfect bread. Currently, his small but fine bakery offers five breads and two rolls. The long runner is the organic sourdough bread and our favourite roll is made according to a family recipe and named after Julius‘ father „Konrads Krusti“.
