Food-Wine-Records. Kanal 61 is a particularly pleasant restaurant in a classically simple style. David Eckman and Jacques Voß must have thought that less is more when they created a space where you immediately feel comfortable. On top of that, you get really delicious food here, very creative, but without any fuss. Served by a young team inspired by the two experienced restaurateurs, who have travelled the world. The menu changes daily, there is plenty of fresh fish, ingeniously prepared, and many delicacies from the region. The ‘Escabeche mussel toast’ and the mackerel are already making headlines. The culinary gourmet trip is completed by a large selection of natural wines and other exquisite wines. Always accompanied by good music from the original turntables of yesteryear. Kanal61 is a real enrichment for the Kreuzberg gastronomic scene. A place for special memories.
