Kasbah Du Toubkal

The Kasbah du Toubkal Hotel is located only 60 km from Marrakech, on a hill in the shade of Jbel Toubkal. This kasbah is not a hotel in the traditional sense, it is rather an extension of the hospitality of the home of the Berbers who run it. Although it is only about an hour from Marrakech, it seems to be one of the most remote places in the mountains and probably the best place to enjoy pure nature. Arrival is not in the hotel lobby, instead in the quiet mountain village Imlil, where the guests are sent with a luggage donkey on a 15 minute ascent. But the biggest difference is that the locals are the masters of the house. The rooms range from simple to luxurious and the view is priceless from every angle.
