The sibling trio of Roselyn, Shakris and Bank have taken over their father’s restaurant and made it a place to be around London Bridge when it comes to Thai food. Their father set up Suchard in Tooley Street shortly after arriving from Thailand in 1975, and when he decided to sell the place, his children insisted on taking it over. Meanwhile, the best of East and West, young and old meet here. High factory windows, original floorboards with a minimalist interior make the place an eye-catcher in terms of atmosphere, too. By the way, the menu is inspired by the children’s favourite and second hometown – Bangkok. The all-time favourite of the regulars is the salad with red rice curry.
