The King’s Highway Diner is the restaurant of the Ace Hotel, a favourite place in a unique desert setting with sun, pool and palm trees. It serves delicious Californian comfort food like farro with cranberries and pistachios, ceviche or kale salad right by the pool. The Amigo Bar features DJs and film screenings. At weekends, especially at the Sunday pool party, the atmosphere is exuberant. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, it’s better to come during the week.
