The Kjær & Sommerfeldt wine shop is an institution. Originally founded as a traditional wine merchant, the shop has developed into a versatile wine centre over the last few decades. It is particularly well known for its exclusive wine tastings and events, which are particularly enjoyable in the historic ambience. With over 140 years of experience, the company not only offers a wide range of wines and spirits, but is also heavily involved in the Danish catering industry. It is one of the leading suppliers to hotels and restaurants throughout Denmark. They are increasingly focussing on digital solutions and sustainability. The aim is to increase the proportion of certified wines (including organic and biodynamic products) to over 70% by 2030.
