In the Royal Garden Academy one feels like being on a stately estate with a park somewhere far away from the city. It is only a few minutes away from the bustling Kurfürstendamm. In this oasis one walks wonderfully between shrubs, hydrangeas and palm trees and later drinks a coffee in the historic greenhouse. A romantic place where, by the way, the Royal Gardener’s School founded by landscape architect Peter Joseph Lenné in Potsdam Wildpark resided a long time ago and a welcome highlight in an area that is still rather poorly equipped with sophisticated addresses. A well-stocked and tastefully designed garden drawer with beautiful things to turn your own garden into a park is also attached.
