The trip to the Miil is a pilgrimage for connoisseurs. Usually it is a challenge to create a functioning estate from the small wineries. Franz Pfeil has definitely succeeded. The Kränzelhof is a place for art lovers, gourmets, wine lovers and families with children! It is best to plan enough time to walk through the garden with its sculptures and afterwards to let yourself be spoiled in the listed mill of Othmar Raich’s culinary arts. The inspiration for the menu comes from South Tyrol’s forests and meadows – deer tatar on forest soil, zander carpaccio with ribwort plantain and spruce needle honey ice cream on forest berries with fresh forest clover.
