The Café Kunstmühle Dinzler in the former factory hall with its imposing columns, high walls and former pouring in the ceiling has its origin in the shop in Bischofswiesen of Otto Dinzler. 60 years ago, Otto Dinzler decided to open a coffee roasting plant with the highest quality standards. In 1998 the Richter family took over the company and staged the coffee in the art mill as an experience. Here the various types of coffee, which pamper the entire room with their fragrance, are roasted and sold directly. A tip is the Guatemala Los Volcanes with fresh citrus and hazelnut notes or a Uganda Bugishu with little acidity, which is harvested in one of Africa’s best growing regions.
The menu is very varied, with 13 different breakfasts on it alone, brioches or hay milk pots, muesli, salmon and organic scrambled eggs, but also dishes of the day such as pizza wrap, cream mushrooms or roast pork. Here you are right in the middle of the Rosenheim scene – no matter whether it’s lunchtime during the business luncheon, which is popular in the area, or Thursday, even if it’s open in the evening.
