In the vineyards of the historic Tenuta Guado al Tasso of the Antinori family lies the estate La Bottega di Guado al Tasso, which is both osteria and wine shop. The interior of the whole complex is reminiscent of the modern, very tastefully furnished wineries of South Africa. With traditional and local dishes, there is a good break with the modern interior. The menu focuses on the interpretation of Bolgheri cuisine and adds a modern twist. Tastes, smells and colours of the sea meet those of the interior and reflect the locality of the place. The open garden, with its wide view, offers the opportunity to taste the rich wine list and then to stock up with a few cases or have something sent home. The wines were created in dialogue with local producers and are unique in their quality and variety.
