La Cova Fumada is a rare gem that you stumble upon but once in a lifetime. Unchanged for decades, the tapas here are fresh and they serve the best “La Bomba” in the city –small potato croquettes served with hot sauce and aioli. The atmosphere among the vegetable grazing women and old regulars is so easy going and friendly you will want to stick around and pick and choose. La Bomba isn’t the only unforgettable culinary experience on the menu.
