Iñaki Aizpitarte’s Le Dauphin couldn’t be more French. The restaurant designed by Rem Koolhaas is an “obsession in white”. All kinds of seafood are served in tapas style. But actually everything is delicious here, whether shrimps, Magret Séché, Tempura de Gambas or the Tarte au Citron Meringuée. Even the bread is delivered by the best baker Paris – Du Pain et des Idées. It is accompanied by excellent service, great guests and excellent wine. What more do you want for an evening in Paris?
