Admittedly, the way to Le Grottelle is not a stone’s throw and one should plan 25 minutes from Capris Piazza. But the way is worth it, because in Le Grottelle, far away from the hustle and bustle, one does not only sit under pine trees and in good weather conditions one can enjoy the wonderful view direction Sorrento, Amalfi up to the mountains Paestums, also the food is sensational. In the kitchen, there is no big tam-tam, rather mother and daughter conjure up Italian home cooking of the finest, the best is to start with Luigis stuffed peppers and afterwards the Ravioli Caprese are recommended. A glass of Vino della Casa and the evening is a perfection in itself. And you quickly notice that the footpath home is worth its weight in gold after the good but rich pasta!
