Le John is a chic restaurant at Kasteelpleinstraat 25. It’s clear that the owners have good taste not only from the creative dishes but also from the midcentury interior with its wooden designer chairs and dark tables. Although the kitchen calls its cuisine fusion, the dishes are heavily influenced by Mediterranean flavors; for example, the risotto here is fantastic. After dinner, we recommend a martini at the restaurant bar on the second floor.
