The French dépendance of Grill Royal has opened its doors in Charlottenburg. Here, Grill Royal’s classics meet French cuisine. The menu includes seafood, oysters, freshly caught fish, and modernly interpreted classics, such as bouillabaisse or coq au vin. This smaller, more intimate subsidiary celebrates mainly French elegance and ‘savoir vivre.’ The custom-made tables stand in a Wilhelmine building with grand windows and wooden flooring. The wood paneled bar is definitely an eye-catcher, as well as the dark green, shimmering peacock wallpaper by berlin artist Floris Neusüss. Besides this, Le Petite Royal is a pleasure not only for epicures, but also for lovers of the arts. As here you will dine with views of original works by Karl Holmqvist, Norwegian sculptor Yngve Holen, and also drawings by Yves Saint Laurent.
