The Liquid Garden cocktail bar is a new highlight in Hamburg’s bar scene. Founded in 2023 by two experienced restaurateurs, the bar quickly made a name for itself. What makes the Liquid Garden special is its concept of presenting drinks as a ‘world tour’. With six signature cocktails, guests are sent on a flavour journey that combines ingredients and flavours from different regions of the world. Examples of creations include the ‘Blossom Royal’ with gin, rose and grapefruit or ‘Oni No Hanzō’, a mix of whisky, sake and plum. Guests are encouraged to taste the high-quality ingredients and guess where they come from. The bar is small, stylish and modern. The pink marble bar, fresh flowers and light-coloured furniture convey a high standard of aesthetics.
