The name alludes to her Latin American roots and stands for her favorite animal, the wolf. Absolutely everyone will find something to his or her liking on this menu of reinterpreted Latin-American cuisine that keeps in line with farm-to-table, varying with each season and crops. Jessica’s passion is omnipresent in the light candles, music by Amy Winehouse or Coldplay playing from the Vinyl record player, and it can also be seen in the restaurant’s lovingly arranged interior, vintage photography, and wood furniture. By the way, Jessica met her chef de cuisine via Instagram where she fell in love with his food posts and then contacted him to offer him the job.
