Lot Sixty One is one of those coffee bars that makes coffee hip again and celebrates the origin of the bean. Slowly roasted, new pouring techniques, organic, slow coffee, espressos and cappuccinos in all variations: The latest trends come first in the Lot Sixty One. Barista culture at it’s best. Behind this are the two Australians Paul and Adam, who have already stirred up the barista scene in New York. Now Amsterdam, and they’ve done it absolutely well! If you can’t get enough of the coffee, you can also buy the beans for home. Our favourite roast: Finca-Himalaya – El Salvador.
