The Maida products are based on the decades-old family secrets of the farmer Francesco Vastola. Before he set up his own business, he searched his whole family, his great-grandmother, grandmother, aunt and mother, to ask them about their traditional recipes and tips and tricks of Italian cuisine. The result is traditional Italian products with a modern look. For the modern look, Francesco has commissioned a graphic designer from the region, because for him not only the inside has to be right, but also the outside. He is right and Maida products are now sold all over the world. Especially recommended are the tomatoes and artichokes pickled in olive oil as well as the sweet jams!
