The Maison Niewöhner cooks French cuisine; classics that we all love, but also originals such as the salad with wild herbs and wild mushrooms. The rooms and the small bar are minimalistically old-fashioned with gray wood panelling and white walls. All in all, it’s very Francophile. Antiques are arranged extensivley in the different rooms in an alluring manner. It is a place where one can lead a quiet conversation, have a small family gathering, or go out with other couples. All this draws a sedate and dignified crowd.
