Mama Liu & Sons means: Mama Liu cooks and the sons Yong and Feng rouse the shop – Vienna has a new pretty hot spot for Chinese cuisine. A traditional Chinese cuisine is served, from hot pot and noodles to the well-known and homemade dumplings. But what the show steals is the wafer-thin, crispy Xia-Bing-Flade filled with dried shrimps and vegetables, a specialty from the Lius’ hometown, Qing Tian. But also the crispy tofu balls and wantans in peanut sauce catapult every friend of Chinese cuisine into the Foodie heaven. It’s really difficult to order something here that doesn’t taste delicious.
