Marktgasse Hotel

The Marktgasse Hotel is definitely the most beautiful house in the lower Zurich Dörfli and whoever checks in here goes on a short journey through time, because the restaurant you enter is over 600 years old, but excellently renovated, but that goes without saying for the Swiss anyway. Director Olivier Gerber, an old hotel rabbit who worked for the Four Seasons houses for a long time, knows his business. In the small boutique hotel, things are so familiar and uncomplicated that you don’t really want to leave. Especially not once you have taken a bath in the freestanding bathtub with a view of the alleys of the village.
