The motto of the Aschauer Fleischerei is “Life has no purpose without sausage and bacon” and this since 1973 in a consistently high quality. The regular gold medals at competitions of the butchers’ association only underline this – whether for the coarse farmer’s liver sausage or the delicacy liver sausage fine. In addition, the Angermanns range offers many other homemade specialities. Here you slaughter the animals yourself, which live in pastures and alpine pastures.
