A farm like no other! At Michelberger Farm in the Spreewald, sustainable agriculture meets minimalist design. In a barn designed by Sigurd Larsen, featuring a communal kitchen, fireplace, and long wooden tables, you feel like you’re staying at a good friend’s country house. Eight simple rooms and a loft offer conscious simplicity, while outside, 15,000 plants await in the food forest. Meals are prepared using whatever is currently growing—directly from the garden to the table. Guests are welcome to assist, learn about syntropic agriculture, or simply enjoy the tranquility. A retreat for city dwellers with taste and attitude.
