The makers of the Watercress Cafe have also done everything right at Milk & Madu and created a perfect hangout for the cool Canggu surfer community for an extended breakfast or lunch, whether with friends and family or alone at the laptop. The spacious covered wooden terrace with a view of the greenery invites you to linger and on the menu of chef Pak Wayan is everything a foodie heart desires: Dukkah Poached Eggs, Mango Butter Milk Hotcakes, Brioche Burger or Polenta with watercress and goat cheese. The delicious coffee comes of course from the local boutique roaster Revolver Espresso. A favourite from the Juice & Smoothie menu is the Madu Super Smoothie with banana, cocoa, maca, bee pollen, coconut oil, almond milk and forest honey. Especially popular is the Milk & Madu for Sunday brunch (7.00 – 15.00) and if you come to the early dinner, you can enjoy the sunset.
