The young generation meets at Musset in Santa Getrudis. Here they all sit with their laptops, drink wonderful, freshly squeezed juices from fruits, ginger and beetroot … A meeting place for the locals. Even the cooks from the quaint pubs or hippie cafés rave about Musset. Central European city dwellers probably wouldn’t count it among the seven wonders of the world, but the atmosphere in the strikingly clean shop is still special. Ibiza shows a new face. It’s like immersing yourself in the everyday life of the island. There are remarkably few tourists among the guests. In general, Santa Gertrudis is a place where it is worth spending more time. The density of cafés and restaurants is enormous and the public is more special and interesting than in many villages.
