If you stroll along Binz’s beach promenade, directly on the white Baltic Sea beach, you will inevitably stop nothing in front of the boutique hotel. With its unique location directly at the sea, the Fine Dining Restaurant nixe of the same name is one of the most gastronomically exciting on the island of Rügen. Share and stay is the concept of the restaurant. So you should either order a colourful mix of the menu and share it with your table neighbours – or if you don’t like to share, you can also choose the Nixe 6 course gourmet menu. Traditional delicacies await you, which are unusual and courageously reinterpreted, such as boiled veal cheek with grapefruit, chicory and gremolata or Iberico Secreto with asparagus, cucumber and tomato vinegar. This is a restaurant that you have to – and should – get fully involved in.
