At the end of a long road you’ll pass through a factory gate towards several storage rooms – it’s better not to go on foot – then, unexpectedly, the restaurant appears on the water with a stunning view of Nyhavn. The concept is stylish with few exceptions: fur-covered chairs and Danish classics on a white wooden floor. The entree titles with their Danish flair are curious indeed. Call beforehand for a reservation to guarantee a space, and also to make sure the restaurant is open on a specified date. It’s often closed for private events.
