The Ophelia is the gourmet restaurant of the Hotel Riva. It offers a damn good concept by chef Dirk Hoberg: classic gourmet cuisine meets streetfood and it’s great fun! The team is young, serves confidently and has an opinion – we especially liked the cheeky sommelier Werner Hinze – the wines he chooses are perfect and his sayings are wonderful! The food is presented with a certain sophistication, which has its own style: The colours are all perfectly matched, tasteful and always surprising. What we totally liked: Finger food from Lake Constance as a starter – it’s delicious to kneel on. The sardine with sardine ice cream – amazing, but also fine.
In the menu you can choose how many courses you want – usually 4 – with small surprise courses in between.
