Osman’s daughters are a real enrichment for Berlin. There are plenty of Turkish restaurants, but they are rarely as modern and friendly. Perhaps that’s because it’s run by two women. The cuisine is traditional as it is cooked by women at home with a slightly modern twist and a carefree crossover from the regions. The focus is on meze, which can be shared wonderfully. A favourite dish is Mustafa’s vegetable kebab a new interpretation of the classic. To be able to experience the delicious Turkish cuisine in Berlin in a beautiful interior that doesn’t have to choose between nouveau riche sleek or glaring neon lights and always go to old good Hasir can’t be the solution.
