The family-run restaurant is usually only frequented by Italians. They appreciate the culinary skills of the chef, Rinaldo Pasolini, who used to work full-time as a photographer before opening the Brocca. The locals especially appreciate the authentic, honest Italian cuisine. Cooking here is only done with seasonal and local products. Fish dishes are particularly recommended. On some evenings the cosy ambience is accompanied by small jazz concerts. A visit to Brocca simply doesn’t mean anything: the atmosphere, the food and the prices are right.
