Since 2002 the two young women Nada and Silvia have been running the Panzanelle in Lucarelli. Together with their partners, Paolo and Luigi, they have professionalized the restaurant over the years. With a growing team and their individual skills and experience, the Panzanelle continued to develop, became more experimental and modern. However, despite the added influences, they still emphasize a very special quality feature: the unique preparation and taste of the dishes, as their grandmothers taught them.
