With the Palazzina Alchimia and the Torre Alchimia, Caroline Groszer – the expert in art and design in Puglia – has created the perfect place for everyone who loves design and prefers lively Italian city life to rural life. Behind the Palazzina is a chic, restored townhouse in the middle of Fasano’s hustle and bustle. And the best? From the roof terrace you can even see the sea! At least as beautiful and enthroned above Ostuni, but not quite downtown, is the Torre Alchimia. In the small kitchen unit, one can also cook something small or at least prepare a nice breakfast on the roof. It goes without saying that both apartments are equipped with design and art treasures.
