Palma Riad

A riad in Palma? At first, when you read the name and especially when you enter the Palma Riad, you wonder if you are really in Mallorca and not in the middle of the souks of Marrakech. But the exotic and Moroccan-inspired hotel is actually in the heart of Palma, in a small street on Paseo de Born. The Palma Riad is an oasis of tranquility and opulence. Each of the eight suites are huge, with the master suite housing what must be the largest bed we’ve ever seen. And so all the suites have been lovingly created down to the last detail – with fireplaces, wallpaper, coffered ceilings, and bathrooms reminiscent of a Moroccan hamam with double showers and huge bathtubs. In short, the Palma Riad is quite a magical place and perfect for a romantic weekend for two.
