The Pasticceria Andrea Pansa is the Pasticceria of the Amalfi Coast. The old-established fine pasticceria with a marble façade and oversized, pompous mirrors was founded by Andrea Pansa in 1830 and is known beyond the borders of the Costiera Amalfitana. Tourists as well as locals love this family-run place, which is located directly at the foot of the cathedral of Amalfi and where you can watch the hustle and bustle with a cornetto and cappuccino in the morning. One is served still after completely old school, by waiters with black fly. Those who want to sin should definitely order the ricotta with dark chocolate, the crispy sfogliatelle or one of the heavenly creamy pasticciotto, pastries filled with lemon or cherry cream.
