Pension Baumannhof

The heart of the Pension Baumannhof is Mali Höller. And she is what is called “a character” in English. And that means more than just a colorful dog in South Tyrol, she is a very special person, a world of her own, a world you could fill books about. But above all she is known for her South Tyrolean cuisine, more precisely for the heavenly good Schlutzkrapfen, which are served in the family-run Buschenschank on the Ritten near Bolzano. And if you can’t get enough of it, just stay over night. The pension is anything but luxurious, but you don’t need that here either. Instead, it carries the soul of South Tyrol within it and spoils you with a brilliant view of the Dolomites. Perfect to extend the South Tyrolean happiness for a while longer.
