Pierluigi has a reputation for his fish specialities – and rightly so! In general, the menu is excellent and in the category of fine food. In addition, there is a select wine list and a staff that knows how to run perfect service in a fine Italian restaurant.
The menu includes excellent Fritti Misti, which are something like the Italian version of Sashimi. You can enjoy them pure or with pasta. What is striking about all dishes is the excellent quality of the goods – all fresh and good.
The restaurant itself is casually elegant, kept in dark table wood and one is not surprised about older ladies in white gloves – the audience is international here. And everything is safely guided by the waiters in their fortified white aprons.
But above all, you should eat on the terrace: The Piazza de Ricci is all alone worth a visit – if you also have a top-class meal and a fine drop of wine, the extraordinary experience of Rome is guaranteed!
