Just like the Haut-Couture, Pierre Hermé presents seasonal creations of his exclusive macarons in his pâtisserie. Airy, pastel-coloured macaroons, some of them with unusual fillings like olive, avocado and salt-caramel. No wonder that the French queue up in the mornings to be able to get one of these cult-objects. In the cellar of this, in exotic wood, designed boutique, is their very own bakery.
