The Pizzeria Casa Pinto is a restaurant that is so sympathetic, uncomplicated and hospitable that the next evening you would like to come directly back here. Somewhat hidden in an alleyway of Locorotondo’s old town, the family-run pizzeria surprises above all with its beautiful roof terrace, which one would not expect at first sight. At the first table in the guest room, usually the whole family sits with the sugar-sweet grandson of the proud owner and a modern Apulian audience mingle refreshingly with a few tourists. So make sure you ask for a place on the roof terrace. If there is nothing left here, the places in the small alley are also very nice. In the kitchen, everything revolves around the Italian national dishes: pizza with the freshest mozzarella ever. The bottom of the stone oven pizza couldn’t be more crispy and the antipasti served with it are also on point. The Pizza arrabiata is simply divine.
