There’s nothing really special about this hotel but it’s modern rooms and the particularly huge Spanish breakfast served at their café next door is more than convincing. They serve queso de Burgos – a popular Spanish cream cheese with quince jelly – and Spanish breakfast classics such as Ham, tomatoes on toast, eggs and traditional “Chorizo”. It’s located quite centrally and the prices are fair.
